I suffer from energy at times and just don’t want any that is not good for my body in it or on it.
Valentia is a great company with quality products that I have purchased in the past. Works with a dime size in the palm of your hands and so right into the skin, you may notice a little bit of tingling/burning that is okay it is the Magnesium going into the skin. Helpful and works for my legs and I suffer from cramps and that is when I forget to place it on after a few days. This last and does an excellent job.
