If you have been a follower of mine you know that I suffer from torn meniscus and lower back trouble from previous car accidents and I suffer a lot with little relief from pain meds and stretching. My tens unit is my best friend for me in getting relief from these areas that ache from the whether or just plain living.

Let me just say that the tens unit is great but finding an electrode pads that stick and work make the tens work to it’s full capacity. For me this is a lifesaver and relieves the pain with just in a few minutes of using the machine. With the relief from the pain the pre-gelled electrodes comes the down size of the price of the electrodes and I reuse them daily. I wash them in warm water and place them on a drying towel until dry after that I can usually use the electrode pads 6 times or more until they will not stick at all and then of course I get a new set of pads and use them.

With earbuds they can sometimes be uncomfortable or just plain I don't like anything about it but this set has changed my mind.

The sounds are great and clear and the ear pieces are comfortable which is a plus for me. I think when you purchase something it should do what the seller says in the about the product if not then you are not getting what you need for your own personal needs. This company gives you what is written in the about the product part and more.

First you like the fact that you can use them on both Android and iPhones and that is what happens with this earbuds.  The color is another plus for me easy to find in my collection of items. Currently I am using my earbuds at night before I sleep and then I plug in to my iPhone and turn on my Chakra sounds that let me fall a sleep quickly and soundly. This came to me just in time of a flare up from my meniscus pain in my right leg. Anytime I use this leg too much it just flares up and get larger and start that unforgiveable pain in my knee that makes it way all the way down to my toes. With my application to the right knee I felt nothing but later in the day I notice that the stiffness and burning was much better and with that I am using this one until I finish the bottle.

Okay let me just say why I love this wrap, I suffer in my back and just don’t want much pain medicine when I know that will not get to the pain. I am a firm believe in ICE for pain and this gives me that relief that I need. I also like the fact that it is gel and can be re-freeze to get the relief when I need it.
