When you want relief I think ICE to me I love to place it on my body and wait for the relief to begin. This is my personal belief with so of my pains others I must try heat so this pack is the best of both worlds. I like the size of gel pack and how long it last.

To me this is a great price for the gel pack around $11.95 and this size is large but it works either hot or cold.
