As I aged I found sleep to not be my friend but I just need something to get to at least 

sleep 5 hours a night so I could function the rest of the day, yes I am at home but still I 

need sound sleep. For those who follow me I suffer from sleep apnea and it is not a 

joke. I slept but I did not sleep I hope that makes sense to you. Well I got the sleep 

mask and now I need to stay asleep, so I got the chance to try Natrol Melatonin 5 mg. 

and at first I slept maybe 3 three sound hours then after a week I noticed I was
