First the design of this is great. We are a family of heat and eat but that I mean once 

you cook some always wants just a little something more. These allow you to place 

small amounts in bowls for other to just reach in and get that amount you need for 

heating. It seals right to the container for storage in the refrigerator and leaves no 

smell 

behind from foods.
