This bottle lasted me around 17 days not sure but I did see around 6 lbs. go 

somewhere else and to me that is a plus. Anytime you get around 2 -3 pounds in a

 few weeks that is a win-win to me.

As far as me eating better and doing a few daily exercise Yes I have and that maybe 

the reason that the weight loss in those few days was better for me. I did increase

 the water and no soda, juices and tried to say away from most sweet things, which 

in a must in those first 10-15 lbs., which I think, is simply water weight.  Look 

weight loss is hard don’t fool yourself but it can be done if done right and not with 

quick fixes this one is not a quick fix but a journey to the finish line.
