For me finding that pillow that let’s me achieve the right position is important whether I am on my side or back I need to find that position.

This was my first try at a memory foam pillow and I thought something this flat would do anything but make me mad at me. WRONG sleep like a baby on this pillow and it came shrink-wrap and all you need to do was to open the shrink-wrap and take out the most wonderful night of sleep. That was the simple part for me but getting to sleep I believe would hard for me with this pillow. Nothing was further from the truth. I could feel my shoulders and neck just relax. Went right to sleep with my CPAP mask and slept. What could be simpler than that?
