The basket can fit right
into a 3-½ quart pan with about 1/3 of a cup of water with the lid on top to
bring flavors for a you to enjoy. I did my first batch with zucchini and collar
flower with just a dash of seasons I chose garlic and butter on top while the
steaming was going on inside of the pot. It took around 15 minutes and things
were great and the flavors where delightful. I ate a large helping for the vegetables
and I was full most of the day with a lot of energy.

Julienne Vegetable peeler for things to be just right for steaming. The peeler
does vegetable so easy and right size and shapes.
