Kitchen time for me is something that I need to enjoy and want to do well for my family and myself and this is where I can say that I totally enjoy this vegetable peeler. I like the fact that it fits well in the hand when using and you can totally get things peel quickly.  I enjoy doing apples for myself and removing the skin and then eating just the apple. It is quick and easy for me. This is eco-designed for easy handling and the clean up is a 1, 2 and three. I rinse and place in the dishwasher for an easy clean and to me, this is important as the peeler.
