This one got a workout when we moved this past week; my legs, back and knees ached like I never felt from the move. I don’t know if it as the whether as well but you pick a part and it hurt even my eyeballs hurt. Packing and unpacking over and over to get out of one house and into another one, this was crazy to me but it happen.

Once I took my shower in the morning I got out and found my spray bottle to place a spray here and there and within a few minutes I started to notice that things were not hurting as much as before. We now have steps up and down and my knees wanted to get up and slap me for going up and down. Forget the fact that I was only holding a few things in my hands as I climb up or down.

I just hurt ALL OVER my body but as I stated earlier relief has come to my aid to make sure that things got better and with less stiffness or soreness.
