The last time I found and had flavor like these pies was when I was a younger person.

When open up the bag the smell of the beans is just delightful and for me it made me start a pot of beans and meat on my stove. The beans are wrapped in plastic bag that is seal air tight.

 My children don’t like beans and don’t know the benefit of having this fiber in your diet at least once a week. This made a pot of beans that I stored in the freezer for next week. I had to make a pan of cornbread to add with meal, yes meal it is everything to me as a complete meal.
