Nothing to me is like resting but
resting and getting the kinks out of my body so I can really relax. Several
times a week I do Yoga to relieve the aches and pains but this does the tissue
deep for me to get better results.

This keeps me from asking for someone to
give the massage or help me with an area where I have pain. It works for the
neck, back, legs, arms heck just find the spot that needs the help and work
that area for relief.
