Got these for my brother and he is having Achilles tendonitis problem at times and these are helping for that matter. My brother does physical therapy three times a week and many times I hear him tell me about the exercise. Now, I don’t have to worry about the support of his feet with these insoles orthotics for his shoes or tennis.
Being that he is a man he will not tell not to get them but he says, “my feet feel better”, I know they are helping I don’t hear about the words my feet are just doing okay, I notice that is walking more around the house and stands more so I guess I will have to settle for that being better for him. He puts them in his shoes daily my sister-in-law tells me so I know I got this one RIGHT and LEFT.
