Love poached
eggs but getting them right is sometimes a trick and think I just purchase it.
These come four to a set and look
like little tulips from the shape around the top of them. I placed them into a
large skill with deep side and around three cups of water and let the water get
hot and then I place each container in with an egg and a little bit of
margarine that is one of my flavorings I like to the egg. Then I let the eggs
begin to makeup and it around 7 minutes for medium and 9 for firmer, I like
firmer. After I turned off the flames to the pot then I took each egg of the
small container and had a perfectly cooked egg. You choose your time for the
firmness you want and it depends on how high the flames are below the pot you
are cooking it as well. These are a
keeper for me and will be added to morning cooking.
