If you have never had to treat pain on your body you are lucky just to say the least.

At times when I have pain I need instant relief and this is where this is a great tool to have in the

house. Inside this heating bag is snap that you can touch and it will send instant heat for the item. But be careful that you do not directly apply this to the skin because can be intense for some and I use one when I tested the product to make sure me skin did not directly touch the heat.

somewhere else and to me that is a plus. Anytime you get around 2 -3 pounds in a

the reason that the weight loss in those few days was better for me. I did increase

 the water and no soda, juices and tried to say away from most sweet things, which 

in a must in those first 10-15 lbs., which I think, is simply water weight.  Look 

weight loss is hard don’t fool yourself but it can be done if done right and not with 

quick fixes this one is not a quick fix but a journey to the finish line.
