Omega-3 fish oil is a must have for me now that my knees are getting into the picture and needing more help.

Nothing fancy just your basic shrink-wrap and that let’s you know that this pack has not been temper with before you consume.

For me fish is not something that I would choose first from a menu but the benefits of the fish oils do for my diet and my health I would just miss.
