Anything that you can do to
help with aging process I would totally suggest. I know that I am 60 but my
skin does not have and it will not if I can help it. I start these pills about
10 days ago and I notice that my skin does not feel tight as it has in the past
and my lines around my mouth are not as deep as before. For my hair I am
noticing a little more shine and the scalp is better as well.
Age is a privilege but
helping it is your right Ladies as well as men. You must hydrate the skin as
well as the internal organs daily for better living I think. I drink around 128
