This is my first purchase of a ceramic set, I got these as a gift for a
review but I did know that the purchase would be an eye opener for me. My
believe that I had the right set of knives in my home already but I was wrong,
I was making cooking harder for myself than I knew. So, here was my first try I
did a stir-fry for family and the knives just glided

through the produce and made
cooking for enjoyable. I am a baker not a real cooker in the kitchen but now I
am a real cooker in the kitchen I think it was the cutting that has kept me
from enjoying the cooking.
Last night we bought salmon
and cut the skin away from the salmon after cooking it was great to see the
easy of the knives doing the job and thing of beauty. I was so proud that I had
purchased the set and glad to have this set in my household. I know we can many
more uses for the knives and I know that I will find them with summer in full
force.
My weekend we will slice
things for the baby shower on Sunday and now I will really give these a
workout.
