First to the company New Home Innovations “THANK YOU”, I got one of the best nights of sleep on this pillow mat and I am so happy that I got the chance to review this one.

Secondly, I just love this idea and it works. For those who follow me I have sleep apnea and it is not pretty sleep and have my mask on in the summer Yes I am sweating by my hair and just hot, it’s the only way to explain what is going on.

I got this on Saturday and slept on it two days before I completed my review to see if it was only I and I. I am happy to report that I have slept better and stayed cooler when sleeping which gives me a good night sleep. I placed my cooling pillow part into the freezer and then placed it under my pillowslip with the straps and it was in place right where I need it to be for me to get sleep. I sleep 6 hours and felt great when I woke up the next day.  Any Lady that knows what I mean when I say it is horrible to wake up hot and you want to remove your skin to get cool. This is not the cure all but a close second to it.
