This one is a winner for me and my little experiment that I did when I purchased the cream.

For anyone who has not had the money to do your own body wrap I would suggest this one. I purchased with the intent of just using it strictly on my skin for firming but in the middle of using the product I thought how about trying a mid-section wrap to see if I saw improvement? I did this with the help of one of my friends and I did it three times with the Cellulite Defense Gel Cream. I see a great improvement in my skin and the firming of my thighs is better. I notice that around the top of my knees I saw the most improvement. I am in NO mean suggestion this to you my reader. Please understand this was OK for me. The Cellulite Defense Gel-Cream did make me use the ladies room a little more than usual. And while doing this I was drinking around 64 oz. of water as well. To me the Cellulite Defense Gel-Cream does work well.
