Okay let me just say why I love this wrap, I suffer in my back and just don’t want much pain medicine when I know that will not get to the pain. I am a firm believe in ICE for pain and this gives me that relief that I need. I also like the fact that it is gel and can be re-freeze to get the relief when I need it.
