After several months of not feeling well and wanting to feel and better I believe my problem was a slow moving colon that needs you give it what it need to do the job of helping your body from the inside out. Let me just say try it for yourself and see if you don't feel better in a short period of time. You know the old saying, " It is simple stupid", well stupid applied to me and this is just swallow the pillow and drink at least 8 ounces of water behind it and you will better in a day or two. Now that I have the right supplements inside of my body doing what needs to be done for me along with eating the right foods my inside actually feel alive and better.
