Leg cramps just hurt anything that you can get to help in this matter is PLUS. I usually get them at night when I just retired to bed and they can get you up from bed and start you moving and not in a good way. I have been on this formula for 6 days and now that we have raining season going on I don't feel the cramps as bad and that is plus for me.
