At first I worried it this would hurt my other medications but my son who is a Doctor told me "NO" so I continue and made this purchase. May I say that I am not sorry and will continue to purchase and let it do the magic that it is doing for my body. With my health problems swelling is what gets me and sidelines in the bed until I get better relief. This is absorb well into my body and I have notice that my eliminations are better and my sleeping is better. Usually I wear flip-flops on my feet most of the time because of the swelling in my feet but now I can and am wearing my regular shoes most of the time. 
On a personal note I never knew the true benefits from this product but now that I know I am a true believer in Turmeric and the health of my body.
