BAE:Difference with in a few days

I have joked about this in the past but it is true "If, I had known what I know now about getting older I would have done a better job on me", true statement. Little did I think that things like walking down the steps without pain would be something I would look forward to.Yes, I am my parents but in a better way.

When I got these supports I did not think anything about them, place them into my regular tennis shoes and did my daily routine of working around the house and going outside for a walk, did not pay any attention to the fewer pains I was having on that day. Later, that night I took off my shoes and started to get ready for bed then I notice that I having pains in my feet and things were hurting, my first thought was what is wrong with me? Then as I massage my feet I noticed the inserts in my shoes and it hit me, the inserts. Yes, true story.  I could not believe it. So, day two comes along and I do the same thing except for this time I walk a little further and notice my knees are ready to do the extra walking, now I know that is the inserts. Let me just say I truly understand why they were made. My back is hurting less, my knees are feeling better to me stronger? Yes, stronger and as I go up and down the stairs in the house my legs are better. Now, back onto my treadmill with these.

This was a simple act that made a lot of sense to me. Now, I will go out or do anything around the house without these. Make sense to me.
