BAE: Cuts well

Many times after I dry my hands I find this little spots around my nail area and this little hangnails come up I need to get them off all I need to do is catch my hands on something and now I have another problem. Sore hands and nails is not a game with me, I live where we have hard water and skin just gets a beating.
