BAE: Mediation and relaxation


Four to five times a week I get in a full yoga mediation and cannot tell the joy and relief that I have from that time with me and for me. What makes it even better is the relaxing sounds that I get with my singing bowl. It takes a little bit of practicing to get it right but once you do it and watch few videos you understand the strokes that must be done to get the sounds and more you do the better you get. No one sure way of doing it. I have been working on my sounds now for several days and I am much better now.

What you get it is the bowl, Wood Striker, and Hand Sewn Pillow, together this is the kit for much better mediation. Always give yourself time and patience to get the strokes and working with the wood striker and bowl to achieve the balance from the sounds. I like doing my sounds earlier in the mornings for a better day or late at night if I have been too busy in the day and need to focus for the night before going to bed.
