BAE: Baking with a spin #OXA

For the holidays we make everything from cooking to pies and many times three mixtures going all at the same time is not enough.

When I got the OXA hand blender I decided to give a try with souffle and love the results I got. You choose the speed around the hand and then turn on the blender. Excellent for a handheld device. Cookies batter is one of my favorites with this OXA blender, it does them just right and lets you get the batter the way you want it for cookies.

This comes with two blending heads one for blending larger items and making them into smaller pieces, the other one is like a whisp that is done electrically. Handle on the device is considered ergonomic and allows you hold it better in your hands as you blend.
