The best thermometer I have ever had. This one is for everyone one who worries about overcooking or undercooking meats.

Wireless I thought this one was not going to work correctly but it did work and handle our smoking of our Turkey.   We preprogrammed the thermometer per the instructions and let the smoking and cooking began. The probe worked and gives you the heads up on when the meat was cook, the backlit of the display made this easy to read for me and the screen size is nice too.
