I have had tens units before and they died after a time so I never got another one but this one by Santamedical is great and let’s you have everything you need to get the relief need from pain in your body.

You will the fact that this one is small, portable and can be charged either with the wall adaptor or by the USB port of your computer. I use the USB port for charging my unit and leaving my desk in my office to use whenever I am having pain in my upper shoulders and arms. It is wonderful to have this unit and know that I am getting instant help for my muscles. It usually takes a few minutes to get the pads in the right place, turn on the machine and let the relief began for me. The Santamedical PM has many settings, speed, and stimulations of various kinds. I simply turn on the unit and find the one that is best for me for the pain that I am having at that moment. This feeling great after a few minutes and you can set the setting to your level of relief. My relief comes also in my lower back area after I have sat a little longer than expected.
