BAE: Mid-section battle


Nothing like giving birth and forgetting you had muscles in your stomach before.

The EMS trainer has an electrical muscle stimulation what works muscles to help in retraining the body. More exercise is key to helping me stay better as I age. The machine has 6 modes and ten intensities from vibration to stronger and more intense. You choose the training and strength you want for the abdomen and it lasts for 12 minutes. Results for me has now been 8 days and I can notice a little bit of change in the stomach it is a true 1 ½” inches that I saw. Believe in beauty there is a pain. I did not start with a more difficult mode but I started with a light one and now my speed it medium I think this is where
I will stay for a while. For me, I have done mine at least twice a day but I will continue until I see more results determined to improve me. This is a change up for me with exercise, I do Yoga four days a week and now I use this in the routine.
