If we think
about getting up or down you realize how important it is to be able to bend and
stretch. For my bed to the bedroom on
days without
stretching can and could be a chore but since doing stretching and bending the body more pain is something that is less. Sometimes I use this when I am typing on the computer and it helps with keeping the lower back and spine
comfortable. Older adults should always bend and stretch to help with keeping
